Most OPI bottles has a little scratch on the bottles. Rest assured that they are not defects or fakes. Those serial were scratched off intentionally because OPI does not authorize e-tailers. Therefore, salons and retail seller scratch the serial number off so that OPI would not be able to trace them.

No refund or exchange.

We assure customers that all bottles are new and pre-seal (none are opened, or used as tester)
